PLEASE SIGN HERE that you have read all the Uncle Bob's rules, and especially the rules regarding returning unofficial rosters (rule 3), no infield practice (rule 7) and using Certified Travel for lodging arrangements (rule 16)...................................................
IF WE RECEIVE THIS FORM UNSIGNED ABOVE, WE WILL CONSIDER IT INCOMPLETE AND RETURN IT AND YOUR CHECK BACK TO YOU. By the time we received it back signed, we may we full, in which case you will be put on our waiting list.
The penality for practicing on the infield (rule 7) is the head coach will be removed from the complex for one game - no matter who leads the infield practice. For a second offense, the head coach will be removed for the remainder of the tournament.

A time slot selection sheet is available thru the link on bottom of the 18 & Under registration page, or by calling Bob Nowak. The time slot you choose determines the pool you are in. Red is 1-13, White 9-16. If you'd rather not play another team from your organization or area, each team should try and choose a time slot in different pools.
Please indicate your choices by using the number of the time slot, located in the left column.

Is your team going to be registering for the Uncle Bob's of Michigan? The dates will be finalized soon - either the week before July 11 or after July 11. It will be a 7 gg and the fee will be $495. However, since you are registering for both, you are entitled to a 50% discount to you as you sign in at the second event. You can register for Uncle Bob's of Michigan at any time al long as their are openings.

We are interested in your team's accomplishments. We'll pass them on to the college coaches we contact.
