The penality for infield practice (rule 7) - anywhere on the dirt infield is removal of the head coach (no matter who was holding the practice), from the complex for one game from the complex. A second offense will result in removal of the head coach from the complex for the rest of the tournamnet and possibly your team not being able to compete in future Uncle Bob's tournaments.
Is your team also going to be registering in the Uncle Bob's tournament of Michigan? The dates are not set yet, but will either be the week end before or after July 11th. It will be a 6 game guarantee and the fee is $450. However since you are registering for both you are entitled to a 50% discount on BOTH tournament registration fees! Your 50% refund will be returned to you as you sign in at the second event. You can register for Uncle Bob's of Michigan at any time as long as their are openings.
We are unsure of how many teams will register for the Open Age group. If we get 12, we can play all six games of pool play on Saturday and Sunday. If we get more, some teams will likely have to play one game Friday evening. Please check off your preference for game playing times below. We will TRY and honor your preference. However, if we get more than 12 teams to register than we must play Friday evening we will schedule teams and game times as follows. Teams wishing to play one Friday evening, three (or four) Saturday and one (or two) Sunday games will get their choice first. Teams wishing to play four games Saturday and two Sunday will be honored next. The last teams to register will get the remaining game times, so teams which register early will be the most likely to get their first choice. If we get enough teams (6 or more)that indicate they want to play a Friday night game, we may start our tournament on Friday evening - no matter how many teams register.
